(Faith Formation for Adults)

At St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church we are called to act with justice, to love tenderly, and to walk humbly with God. It is our duty to follow the way of our Lord Jesus Christ as intentional, faithful disciples. We offer a variety of different adult bible study and faith formation opportunities that are designed to help bring genuine conversion to the Lord Jesus and fidelity to His Gospel, while helping you grow in your faith with other members of our parish community. With Jesus and the Sacraments of the Church as our center, our goal is to encourage every parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo to enter a path of following Christ through serious discipleship formation, spiritual growth, and Christian community.

Adult Faith Formation Opportunities

August 18th - November 3rd
True Reformers: Saints of the Catholic Reformation

Dr. Christopher Blum leads you on a journey with the saints who led the Church’s rebirth from the ashes of the confusion caused by the Protestant Reformation. This six-episode series explores the lives of Saints Ignatius of Loyola, Thomas More, Francis de Sales, Philip Neri, Charles Borromeo, and Teresa of Avila. As you get to know them, you will discover how powerful – and beautiful – the human heart’s free response to God’s generous Grace is.

When: Tuesday

Mornings (9:30 AM - 11:00 AM)

Evenings (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM)

(The morning & evenings session run in tandem with each other).

Format: Video Based Study, Workbook, Discussion

Required Materials: True Reformers Study Guide

Cost: $20.00 (Available in class or via Augustine Institute).
